Responsibilities

• Communicate with manager throughout shift to stay informed on work.
• Set up meeting rooms to guest specifications; transport staging, tables, chairs, and other items as needed.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.
• Break down rooms after meetings and return to storage for next function.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms to keep spaces presentable.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
