Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a polite, positive manner and respond to needs.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the area or event.
• Set up, monitor, refresh, and break-down catered events per group requirements.
• Restock items for next service and store reusable items properly.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain safety awareness and report issues to your manager.
