Job summary

The City of Great Falls is seeking staff to provide set-ups and tear-downs for Civic Center events, along with cleaning and customer service duties. The role requires handling box office tasks and assisting with event operations, including security and crowd management.

Candidate should have a high school diploma and some related experience, be able to flex shifts including nights, weekends, and potential overnight hours, and be comfortable working with AV equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a customer service position.
• One year of experience in building cleaning and maintenance desirable.
• Manual labor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set-ups and tear-downs of furniture and equipment for meetings and events.
• Perform custodial cleaning: floors, restrooms, dusting, windows.
• Provide excellent customer service to facility users.
• Enforce fire code related to egress and capacity; ensure security of doors/windows.
• Sell tickets and perform general box office duties; manage ticket fulfillment.
