Quest-Events-LLC in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an Event Installer/Driver to operate box trucks and vans, load/unload gear, and support event crews. You will drive safely, focus on customers, and show reliability on site.

Responsibilities include setting up drape and hardware, coordinating with a Crew Leader, and ensuring warehouse readiness. Daily workload varies with event volume and availability.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required.
• Understanding of hotel/convention docks.
• Ability to execute consecutive events while handling stresses and challenges.
• Can interact positively with team members and customers daily.
• Great attitude and great customer service skills.
• Can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must maintain professional appearance, have reliable transportation, and be punctual.
• Able to problem solve and prioritize needs on jobsites.
• Able to handle team dynamics and customer service issues daily.
• Workload varies from 0-30+ hours per week based on volume and availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick-up gear/crew to event venues
• Preparation for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site
• Work with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members
• Loading and unloading company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites
• Set and strike drape and hardware at event venues
• Completing warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished
• Delivering outstanding customer service
