Job summary

The Branson Convention Center is seeking an Operations Conversion Crew member to assist with setup, teardown, and changeovers for events. This role requires physical work, including lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for long hours, and working under supervision.

A high school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating with other staff, following safety procedures, and maintaining clean, ready-to-use spaces for each event.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience performing building changeovers in event facilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and teardown of equipment for events.
• Follow safety practices and facility standards during operations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure readiness and smooth event flow.
• Move, lift (up to 75 lbs), and stand for long periods during shifts.
• Complete tasks under supervision and meet daily goals.
