Job summary

The Wisconsin Country Club is seeking an Events Setup and Banquet Captain to deliver memorable dining experiences across the clubhouse, banquet rooms and outdoor spaces. This role is 15-30 hours per week and focuses on attentive service and seamless event execution.

You will work with kitchen and bar teams, manage setup and breakdown, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a private club setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to members and guests.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service and event areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support a welcoming and professional atmosphere consistent with club standards.
• Help set/break down/ flip event spaces based on diagrams.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individual to join our Food and Beverage team.
