Quaintance-Weaver Inc. is seeking friendly and energetic Event Set Up staff for Green Valley Grill in Greensboro, NC. This part-time role supports banquet and event service by preparing spaces, arranging tables and A/V, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with event leadership, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help create memorable experiences for guests while working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt, friendly, attentive service while ensuring that each guest has a delightful experience.
• Maintain knowledge of A/V systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with event leadership to prepare service teams for success.
• Ability to work flexible days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, attentive service while ensuring that each guest has a delightful experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and wow guests.
• Set up event space according to event diagram (tables, chairs, tableware, flowers, A/V, etc.).
• Break down events and store A/V equipment after guest departure.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout events.
• Coordinate with event leadership to ensure readiness of service teams.
• Move furniture and lighting with safety and urgency.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Build trusting relationships with guests.
