Quaintance-Weaver Inc. is seeking individuals to join Print Works Bistro’s event setup crew in Greensboro, NC. This part-time role supports setting up event spaces, coordinating with leadership, and delivering high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Applicants should be friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented, with a passion for hospitality and strong communication skills to help create memorable events for guests.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends.
• Experience in hospitality or event setup is preferred.
• Ability to remember event diagrams and guest requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, friendly service to guests during events.
• Set up event spaces according to diagrams, arranging tables, chairs, tableware, AV, and decor.
• Operate and understand basic AV equipment for events.
• Break down and reset spaces after events, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with event leadership to prepare service teams for each event.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members throughout events.
• Adapt quickly to changing event needs and schedules.
• Support smooth transitions between event phases and staff rotations.
