Job summary

Legends Global, located at the First Financial Center in Cincinnati, OH, is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeping and Conversion Crew Lead. You will lead housekeeping and conversion crews, manage daily shift operations, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and event readiness across the facility.

You will oversee event conversions, coordinate with multiple departments, and provide professional service to guests and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping and conversion staff.
• Manage daily shift operations and attendance.
• Lead event conversions including setup/teardown and equipment handling.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and safety and ensure readiness for events.
• Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and supplies, ensuring proper storage.
• Coordinate with other departments to support event execution.
• Provide professional guest and staff service and report issues to management.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and facility policies.
