Job summary

Legends Global, the premier partner for live events, seeks a Housekeeper / Conversion Crew Lead at the First Financial Center in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead housekeeping and conversion crew staff, manage daily shift operations, and ensure the facility is clean, safe and event-ready.

Strong leadership, teamwork and flexibility are required to align with event schedules; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months experience in housekeeping or custodial preferred.
• Familiar with basic cleaning products, tools, and practices.
• Driver’s license or willingness to obtain required equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping and conversion staff.
• Manage daily shift operations and logs; ensure safety and readiness.
• Lead event conversions and handle setup/teardown of equipment.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment; report issues.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, uniforms, radios, keys.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support events.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate status to management.
