Miraval Berkshires is seeking an Event Server to deliver high-quality food and beverage service for banquets, receptions, and special events. You will set up, service, and break down banquet spaces according to event orders and brand standards, ensuring polished table and wine service with guest-focused professionalism.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong teamwork and a meticulous approach to cleanliness and safety in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, catering, or hospitality service experience preferred.
• Ability to provide formal, guest-focused service in an upscale environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Food safety and alcohol service certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
