Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Server for Leo Restaurant inside the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences with professional, efficient food and beverage service during events. You’ll help with setup, meal service, and post-event clean-up to maintain ambiance and hospitality.

This part-time position pays $9.00 per hour and is tip eligible, with benefits including a 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. Open until October 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume food service preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest focus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the menu and any special items.
• Provide quick, attentive, and professional service to banquet guests.
• Ensure food items are served hot and presented neatly.
• Pre-bus and bus tables as needed during peak periods.
• Support bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
