Responsibilities

• Actively participate in loading and unloading catering equipment.
• Set up and organize designated event spaces (venues, residences) with tables, chairs, linens, buffet displays, décor, and catering equipment.
• Serve food and beverages with a focus on presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist chefs at action stations and execute plated, buffet, or passed-service meals.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing service areas.
• Clear and break down event setups, handle equipment, and safely manage décor.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages with a focus on presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist chefs at action stations and execute plated, buffet, or passed-service meals.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and uphold a professional demeanor.
• At all times, maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing service areas.
• Clear and break down event setups, handle equipment, and safely handle décor.
• Ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
• Follow any other duties and relevant tasks as assigned by the manager.
