Job summary

Puff 'n Stuff Catering is seeking enthusiastic Event Servers to join our off-site team and passionately perfect life's celebrations. You will attend to guests at fine dining style catered events, set up guest and buffet tables, participate in event breakdown, and adhere to safe food handling procedures.

Our events require reliability, a positive attitude, and on-time arrival in uniform. Must be able to work outdoors or indoors in varying weather conditions and have strong English communication

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Able to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from events.
• Speak fluent English and write basic English.
• Must be okay working in a smoke-free environment.
• ServSafe and bartending certifications are a plus.
• 2 years of fine dining or catering service experience, preferably in a high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests' needs and serve fine dining style catered events.
• Prepare guest and buffet tables by setting linens, décor, napkins, plates, etc.
• Participate in event breakdown with the service team.
• Practice safe food handling procedures at all times.
• Show up on-time, in uniform with a positive attitude.
• Be prepared to work in all types of weather - events can be indoors and outdoors.
