Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Supervisors to support some of the largest events in San Diego. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Event Services Staff, with emphasis on contract compliance and client service.

Flexible part-time hours fit student, retiree, or seasonal needs. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, an active CA Guard Card, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred in relevant fields.
• Active CA Guard Card required.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Event Services Staff.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated.
• Inspect staff performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and incident report processes.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and communicate with clients.
