Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Security Supervisor to oversee safety and security for Toyota-Arena and related venues. The role is part-time, non-exempt, with a California Guard Card requirement and shift-based supervision of security staff.

Responsibilities include briefing officers, investigating incidents, and ensuring post safety and guest compliance during events. Flexible availability for evenings and weekends is often required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• California Guard Card required to work as an Officer.
• Strong leadership and crisis-management abilities are essential.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee venue security positions during assigned shifts.
• Update briefing materials for officers in a timely manner.
• Investigate incidents and file detailed reports for daily and event operations.
• Conduct shift briefings with incoming/outgoing Officers and Supervisors.
• Ensure all posts are safe, orderly, and clean.
• Maintain knowledge of venue layout and security systems.
• Train staff in guest service and security skills.
