Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence per client and BEST standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, bag checks, and entry screenings; stay vigilant for suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical events.
• Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security.
• Provide excellent attendee service by assisting and guiding attendees.
• Report security-related occurrences to the supervisor or medical personnel.
• Document all relevant activity and submit to leadership.
• Uphold company policies to maintain professionalism and security.
