Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test required; driving-related screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Control access, check tickets, and guide guests.
• Screen guests with bag searches or metal detectors; verify IDs.
• Protect guests and assets by monitoring for security breaches at checkpoints.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Follow venue policies and provide helpful directions to guests.
• Provide a positive guest experience at entry points and throughout the venue.
