Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in event and facilities management, has an immediate opening for a Full Time First Shift Security Officer at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. The role promotes safety and provides security for events and daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, basic security experience, CPR/First Aid/AED, and a valid drivers license, with ability to work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months security experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification encouraged.
• OPOTA certification beneficial but not required.
• Maintain a valid driver's license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Secure premises by patrolling property.
• Monitor cameras and control crowds.
• Respond to emergencies with CPR/AED.
• Direct guests and provide information.
• Document shift activities and write reports.
• Control access and screen at loading dock.
• Maintain radio communication with Command Center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
