Responsibilities include greeting guests, enforcing policies, crowd control, underage checks, theft prevention, and incident reporting while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Friendliness, professionalism, trustworthiness and confidence required.
• Ability to work late hours.
• Work in noisy, crowded, smoky environments.
• Identify potential security risks.
• Effectively write incident reports.
• Must pass background check.
• Must not have disqualifying criminal history.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Crowd control in busy casino environments.
• Check identification of underage guests.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Theft prevention and privacy protection for guests and staff.
• Ensure guest safety and resolve altercations.
• Intervene with disruptive guests and alcohol-related issues.
• Write incident reports and maintain computer records.
• Maintain Ameristar standards and provide courteous service.
