Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a security associate to maintain safety and order during events. You will deliver service and safety to guests in non-gaming areas, greet and guide patrons, and verify IDs for underage guests while patrolling to protect people and property.

Work closely with supervisors, communicate clearly by radio and in writing, and respond calmly to emergencies in a high-energy arena environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in customer service or public-facing roles preferred.
