GardaWorld Security Services is hosting an Event Security Officers recruitment drive in the Greater Los Angeles area. The Concierge security role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service at upscale events, with access control and visitor management as core duties.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., 21+ years old, and have HS Diploma or GED. A state security license and 32-hour BSIS trainings are highly valued.

Responsibilities

As a Security Events Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be customer service. You’ll interact with people across all shifts in a variety of settings. If you’re looking to be at the heart of exciting events and provide exceptional service, this role is for you!

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard - Events Team

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Credential Verification & Access Control: Verify credentials, event wristbands, badges, and digital crew lists at venue access control points and check-in stations.
• Crowd & Access Management: Monitor guest flow, prevent bottlenecks at entry points, manage high-density event zones, and deliver professional customer service.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be at least 21 years of Age
• Be able to provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
