As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be customer service. You’ll interact with people across all shifts in a variety of settings. If you’re looking to be at the heart of exciting events and provide exceptional service, this role is for you!

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• Ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement – even better!
• State security license and additional 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Valid CA driver license and clean driving record
• Flexible Availability: Must work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight). Shifts may vary week to week; guaranteed or fixed schedules are not available for this position.
