AX9 Security, Inc. is seeking dependable Event Security and Event Staff for our upcoming event season in Kansas City. You will help ensure safe, welcoming environments at concerts, sporting events, and trade shows.

We value a positive attitude and excellent customer service, and you will be part of a team that protects guests and staff while enforcing venue rules. A valid guard card may be required for some roles, and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• A valid guard card is required for Event Security.
• Positive, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Retail or greeter experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform duties professionally and responsibly.
• Ability to make independent judgments regarding policies and procedures.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Circulate among guests and staff to preserve safety and provide assistance.
• Welcome guests with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Warn persons of rule violations and infractions.
• Escalate issues to event supervisors when needed.
• Position requires constant walking, stairs, and sitting, among other duties.
