Job summary

AX9 Security, Inc. is seeking unarmed Security Guards for seasonal posts servicing businesses, organizations, and residences in the Kansas City area, including Independence, MO 64053.

The role supports safety and asset protection during the Hallmark holiday period. Qualified candidates will hold a valid Security Guard license, be at least 18 years old, and be able to work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Security Guard License
• Must be 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Access control: Ensure safety protocols for guests and customers.
• Policy enforcement: Uphold client and company policies and procedures.
• Safety monitoring: Observe and report fire and safety hazards.
• Patrols: Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds.
• Incident reporting: Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.
• Public interaction: Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.
• Report writing: Document incidents and observations accurately.
• Additional duties: Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
