GardaWorld Security Services is hosting an Event Security Officers recruitment drive in the Greater Los Angeles area. The Concierge security role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service at upscale events, with access control and visitor management as core duties.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., 21+ years old, and have HS Diploma or GED. A state security license and 32-hour BSIS trainings are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• State security license and BSIS 32hr trainings preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors; verify identity and guide them.
• Control access and verify credentials at venue points.
• Monitor guest flow and manage high-density event areas.
• Perform patrols and inspect security equipment; report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams; write incident reports.
