GardaWorld Security Services is seeking an enthusiastic Security Events Officer – Concierge to deliver top-tier customer service at high-profile events in the Greater Los Angeles area. The role emphasizes access control, visitor guidance, and maintaining a safe environment during day, swing, and grave shifts.

You will verify credentials, manage incident responses, and support upscale events with professional conduct. Ideal candidates have HS or GED, a security mindset, and a strong service ethic.

Formación

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and 21+ years old.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with basic phone and computer tasks.
• State security license and BSIS 32-hour trainings preferred; can be obtained during hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Credential verification & access control: verify credentials, event wristbands, badges, and digital crew lists at venue access control points and check-in stations
• Crowd & access management: monitor guest flow, prevent bottlenecks at entry points, manage high-density event zones, and deliver professional customer service
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
