NOLA Protection Group is seeking reliable part-time Event Security staff for the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner, LA. You will help ensure safe entry with bag checks and detectors, greet attendees, and maintain excellent customer service throughout events.

Applicants should be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a background/fingerprint check. Flexible scheduling, with days, nights, weekends, and holidays available, is offered along with benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background and fingerprint check with state police.
• Complete 16 hours of required classroom training.
• Good physical condition for walking/standing during shifts.
• Open availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check Point SecurityScreening ofguests during entry via bag searching, hand wand or metal detectors
• Greet Guest as theyEnter Venue
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Must have a professional appearance

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must either be registered as a Security Officer with LSBPSE, or be able to meet requirements for registration, including:
• Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background and fingerprintcheck with the LouisianaState Police
• Complete 16 hours ofnecessary classroom training
• Must be in good physical condition to complete necessary assignments, which might include walking or standing for extended periods of time
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Must have a professional appearance
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Must have open availability to work days, nights,weekends andholidays
• Must have a valid driver’s license or Valid photo ID
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience not required, butpreferred
