The role is hourly, with travel as needed, and reports to the Manager, Event Security & Investigations. You will build security plans, run site assessments, coordinate with event teams, and oversee contract security resources through the full lifecycle, including on-site briefings and incident response.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for events, including outside standard hours.
• Knowledge in security operations and risk management.
• Current first-aid certification with CPR/AED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and development of event security processes.
• Conduct structured risk assessments for corporate events.
• Translate findings into tailored event security plans.
• Coordinate with event leads and stakeholders on protective measures.
• Perform advance site assessments to validate security posture.
• Manage full event security lifecycle from planning to after-action reporting.
• Procure and oversee contract security resources per standards.
• Lead on-site briefings aligning contract personnel on scope and protocols.
• Direct contract security teams during events for disciplined coverage.
• Serve as on-site incident manager, escalating emergencies in real time.
