Mintahoe Catering & Events in Minnesota is seeking an Event Sales Consultant to guide clients through the planning process and generate revenue across Mintahoe's venues, catering services, and hospitality brands.

You’ll serve as both a sales professional and trusted advisor, helping clients find the right solutions while building lasting relationships. A competitive base salary plus commission, benefits, PTO, 401(k), and advancement opportunities are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales, hospitality, events, customer service, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, energetic, professional presence and multitasking ability.
• Organizational and follow-through skills; collaborative mindset.
• Passion for hospitality and meeting revenue targets; comfortable with goals.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound inquiries and identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with corporate, social, wedding, and nonprofit clients.
• Conduct venue tours and client consultations; create proposals and recommendations.
• Follow up on leads; maintain a sales pipeline; negotiate contracts and bookings.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue goals; guide clients through planning and execution.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and venue teams to ensure seamless events.
