Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. in Bend, Oregon is seeking an experienced Banquet Operations Lead to manage event execution from setup to breakdown. You will ensure banquet spaces are guest-ready, coordinate with chefs, FOH and BOH teams, and uphold health, safety, and service standards.

The role demands strong leadership, meticulous planning, and the ability to adapt to last-minute requests while driving profitability through efficient staffing and waste reduction.
