- Contracting & Revenue: Prepare tailored event proposals, expertly negotiate contracts, and close new business while consistently achieving monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Relationship Building: Conduct regular venue tours and build strong, trusting relationships with prospective corporate clients, event planners, and private hosts.
- Business Development: Proactively prospect new clients, develop high-value referral partnerships, and continuously identify new revenue streams.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Events and the Marketing team to support sales campaigns, targeted promotions, and local networking strategies.
- Brand Representation: Enthusiastically represent Nova Hospitality at community events, local networking functions, and industry organization panels.
- Market Intelligence: Stay deeply informed on local Austin market trends, competitor venue offerings, and regional pricing strategies.
Operations & Reporting
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous CRM data, accurate sales records, revenue forecasting, and routine pipeline reporting.
- Operational Handoff: Collaborate closely with venue General Managers, culinary teams, and the Event Operations team to ensure clear communication and a seamless transition from sales contract to event execution.

- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or dedicated venue sales.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, backed by a strong attention to detail.
- Multi-Venue Management: Ability to balance priorities and handle inquiries across multiple venues and concepts simultaneously.
