Job summary

Haywire Plano is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to support the Events Sales Manager in planning and executing private dining and large party events. You will handle initial sales leads, utilize TripleSeat, and manage booking documents.

You will also gather weekly BEOs, create floor charts, and nurture relationships through offsite events. The role emphasizes organization, customer service experience, and a proactive, energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Close event sales from initial leads and inquiries.
• Organize booking documents and maintain accurate event records.
• Gather BEOs and menus for weekly Operations meetings.
• Create floor charts for upcoming events in the main dining room.
• Support Event Sales Manager and assist during site tours when needed.
• Develop relationships through offsite store events to promote bookings.
