Key Responsibilities:

Event Sales & Customer Engagement

• Represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, retail activations, and community campaigns.

• Build positive relationships with prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Brand Promotion & Marketing Support

• Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers about products, services, and promotional offers.
• Support the execution of event marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support ongoing promotional initiatives.

Sales Performance

• Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Track customer interactions and contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Assist in maximizing event performance through effective communication and sales techniques.

Event Operations

• Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities.
