• Prior customer service experience required.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Aufgaben

• Open and close facility during rental times.
• Set up and break down equipment; maintain cleanliness.
• Answer renter questions and resolve problems during events.
• Enforce policies per the rental contract.
• Respond to renter requests and monitor operations.
• Check room setup, lights, and temperature before rentals.
• Monitor renter cleanup and ensure facility is left in good condition.
• Operate projector, microphone, and other AV equipment as needed.
• Keep City-owned equipment stored properly.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
