Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort is seeking an on-site Event Support Assistant to help run gifting and promotional activities. You will set up giveaways, assist guests, and ensure smooth event execution across fast-paced occasions.

The role requires physically handling materials up to 50 lbs, strong guest service, and on-call availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation starts at $20.08 per hour plus discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or event assistance experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical event-related tasks.
• On-call role with shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify MCR’s values and provide outstanding guest service.
• Unbox, prep, and organize promotional items for gifting events.
• Help set up events, ensuring giveaways, signage and equipment are ready.
• Move and arrange materials up to 50 lbs for gifting and events.
• Distribute items, assist with guest registration, and answer questions during events.
• Pack and store materials after events and restore spaces.
• Coordinate with other departments to support event success.
• Promote a safe, positive work environment and teamwork.
• Perform additional tasks to ensure event success.
