avad3 is seeking an organized Production Manager to be the hub between clients, internal team, and production crews for live events in Northwest Arkansas. You will plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring milestones, budgets, and resources are used efficiently.
As the onsite leader, you’ll guide crews, communicate clearly, and resolve challenges with tact. Some travel to events is expected; a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

avad3 Production Managers are our clients’ primary point of contact and ensure excellence is delivered for all events from start to finish. Our Production Managers are the hub of communication between the client and the production crew, helping bring events to life through careful planning and execution. We are looking for an organized and driven project manager, whose clients and colleagues all agree, is great to work with.
The Production Manager is a keeper of relationships. They must simultaneously maintain excellent, collaborative relationships with the client, the internal avad3 team, and the external production crew, ensuring seamless coordination between all three. At all times, the Production Manager must be responsive, professional, and clear.
The Production Manager is a detail-oriented person and is able to oversee technical and logistical aspects of events. This role involves listening attentively, creating detailed plans, and leading event crews with precision and excellence. This role will ensure milestones are met on time, budgets are followed, and resources are utilized efficiently.
