Job description

Join us for an exciting opportunity as an Event Planning Manager at Grand Hyatt Seattle. This role focuses on servicing sale bookings, acting as the liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. Responsibilities include administering sales agreements, detailing Food, Beverage, and A/V needs, managing room blocks, billing, and on-site event coordination.

The salary range for this position is $77,968.80 to $86,600, with salary decisions based on experience, qualifications, and education. The role is eligible for the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
