Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Event Planner for Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will plan and execute catering events, coordinating with clients and team to create memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities include planning all phases of events, maintaining client contact, and collaborating with staff to maximize guest satisfaction. We offer weekly pay, training, discounts, and flexible schedules as part of our benefits package.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a full-time Event Planner to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As an Event Planner, you will work with fellow team members and clients to plan and execute events at Titletown. You will use your organizational and time management skills to create lasting memories for guests attending a variety of events.

Pay

$20.00 - $20.00 / hour

More About You

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Working knowledge of budgetary practices for events preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• No experience or diploma required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
