Delaware North at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Event Planner to coordinate and execute catering events at Titletown. You will work with clients and team members to plan events, manage contacts, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will develop event objectives with clients and collaborate with catering teams to deliver successful experiences, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior planning, strong communication skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Budgetary knowledge for events is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• No diploma or specific experience required.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a full-time Event Planner to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As an Event Planner, you will work with fellow team members and clients to plan and execute events at Titletown. You will use your organizational and time management skills to create lasting memories for guests attending a variety of events.

Pay

$20.00 – $20.00 / hour
