Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Event Planner to coordinate and execute catering events at Titletown. You will work with clients and team members to create memorable experiences for guests across a variety of events.

This role requires excellent communication, budget management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Working knowledge of budgetary practices for events preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No experience or diploma required.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of catering events.
• Create and maintain contact with client representatives for the catering event
• Establish event objectives with the client and develop a plan to achieve these goals
• Partner with the catering team members to ensure a smooth and successful event

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a full-time Event Planner to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As an Event Planner, you will work with fellow team members and clients to plan and execute events at Titletown. You will use your organizational and time management skills to create lasting memories for guests attending a variety of events.

Pay

$20.00 - $20.00 / hour
