Qualifications

• Must interact well with customers and employees and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons in finding seats and guide to exits in emergencies.
• Collect, count and record number of tickets and passes.
• Direct patrons to restrooms, concession stands and telephones.
• Distribute programs to patrons and verify ticket authenticity.
• Greet patrons and provide friendly, professional service at all times.
• Settle seating disputes and handle customer concerns.
• Maintain familiarity with policies including information security.
• Attend required meetings and complete SGC training within nine months.
• Work hours determined by a 24-hour schedule.
