Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Seattle, WA is seeking Event Staff to support customers at Benaroya Hall during events. You will assist with payments, manage entry/exit flows, process fees, and document passes in the logbook while ensuring service quality and policy compliance.

Shifts rotate across events, including weekends, with hours from early morning to late night. You will help prepare shift reports, balance cash, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic technical education is a plus.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Parking-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment inquiries and parking process.
• Handle difficult customers within site policies.
• Record passes issued in the logbook and process tickets.
• Prepare shift reports and balance shift bank deposits.
• Identify equipment issues and safety concerns with supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and wear uniforms with company logo.
