Job summary

LAZ Parking in St. Louis is seeking an Event Lot Attendant to greet guests, collect parking fees, and guide vehicles at premier venues across the city.

This part-time position offers flexible shifts, on-the-ground training, and opportunities to work at multiple locations throughout the year. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with emphasis on accurate cash handling and strong guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling required.
• Flexibility to work across multiple St. Louis venues and event types.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to make independent decisions and enforce parking policies confidently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with courtesy and provide excellent service.
• Collect parking fees and give accurate change.
• Identify and assist different parker types (season ticket holders, VIPs, regulars, staff).
• Learn venue layouts to answer questions and provide directions.
• Complete daily activity and financial reports accurately.
• Manage entry/exit booths during peak hours to keep traffic moving.
• Coordinate with management, supervisors, and traffic control teams.
• Address guest inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Adapt traffic flow as needed during equipment issues or lot adjustments.
• Demonstrate urgency and drive for continuous improvement.
• Handle additional event-day duties as assigned.
