Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Operations Center (EOC) Representative to join State Farm Stadium on event days in Glendale, AZ. You will provide direct assistance to guests and stadium teammates through the Text Assistance Hotline and help manage communications during events.

The role requires clear written and verbal communication, ability to stay organized under pressure, and the capacity to operate Windows/Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have completed or are currently seeking a degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Tourism or Sports Management (consideration may be given to other degrees if the candidate can demonstrate equivalent industry work experience)
• Ability to make good decisions under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills are a must
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Solid computer experience in Windows XP, Microsoft applications, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and accurate response to guests and stadium teammates through Text Assistance Hotline
• Dispatch text messages received to appropriate groups within a timely manner
• Assist with wheelchair request text response and wait-time updates
• Support event day ejection processing and paperwork
• Other duties as assigned
