Job summary

Daniel Stowe Conservancy seeks an Operations Technician to support event setup, parking control, and daily operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming guest experience.

This part-time, hourly position requires working Friday through Sunday, including nights and some holidays; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move tables/equipment is essential. You will collaborate with teams to maintain facilities during events and uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Pass standard background check.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and some federal holidays.
• Must treat all guests with equal respect and inclusivity.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operational setup and breakdown of retail spaces, bars, and events including IT equipment, linens, supplies, and equipment.
• Greet guests and manage parking instructions and payments.
• Direct and monitor guests’ vehicles and ensure safety in parking areas.
• Perform custodial duties and restock supplies as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and maintain a safe environment during shifts.
