Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $42.00/hr

As Channel Impact continues to expand, we're seeking highly skilled professionals. We're currently seeking an experienced Event Operations & Management interested in joining our Talent Community for future opportunities with clients in the SaaS and high-tech industry.

What you will do:

• Support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across field marketing, partner, and corporate initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, A/V support, shipping, staffing, and travel.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure flawless event execution.
• Manage event registration systems, tracking RSVPs, attendance, and post-event metrics.
• Create and manage event timelines, checklists, run-of-shows, and staffing plans.
• Assist with communications and promotional materials related to events (invitations, signage, collateral).
• Track and manage event budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts.
• Contribute to post-event reporting and analysis to assess ROI and identify improvements.

What you bring:

• 3–6 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or management, preferably in the high-tech or SaaS space.
• Experience with event tools such as Cvent, Splash, Zoom Events, Bizzabo, or similar platforms.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with marketing, sales, and partner teams.
• Experience with hybrid event formats and comfort with onsite execution.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Location & Work Format:
