• Serve as primary contact for clients, promoters, vendors, and departments.
• Develop event operational plans, schedules, timelines, and facility requirements.
• Communicate event needs to departments and vendors.
• Prepare invoices and collect payments for events.
• Meetings, site visits, and conferences as a GIHP representative.
• Ensure compliance with City, County and State codes.
