Responsibilities

• Assist with logistics including equipment and uniforms inventory and transportation.
• Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding paperwork.
• Support recruiting activities and job fairs as needed.
• Build and manage scheduling in ABI/WinTeam; ensure licensed personnel per event.
• Coordinate payroll changes and perform administrative duties as needed.
