Job summary

The Sports Facilities Management, LLC is seeking an Events Team Member for USSSA Space Coast Complex in Melbourne, FL. You will be the first point of contact for guests and deliver memorable experiences through friendly, responsive service.

Role is part-time/seasonal with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help with event operations, safety, and guest satisfaction while upholding facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform operating procedures related to events and programs.
• Act as a liaison between the venue and the guests.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Ensure proper set up and breakdown of equipment and facilities as needed.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Scan tickets when guests enter venue.
• Demonstrate ability to work closely with co-workers and park visitors.
• Knowledgeable in all Safety Procedures with the ability execute procedures.
• Identify risk management opportunities.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce all safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all facility and SFM policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all local, state, health and safety laws.
• Perform all duties as assigned by supervision.
